Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables provided by Gatewood Designs solely for the purpose of implementing the design services.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their design needs, preferences, and any relevant project details. Clients agree to collaborate and communicate effectively with Gatewood Designs to ensure the successful delivery of services. Clients also acknowledge that any decisions made regarding design choices, purchases, or contractors engaged are their sole responsibility.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms for services provided by Gatewood Designs will be agreed upon in a separate contract or agreement between Gatewood Designs and the client. 5. Confidentiality

7. Termination
Either party may terminate the services or the client's access to the Website at any time for any reason. Upon termination, the client remains responsible for payment of any outstanding fees for services rendered.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Washington, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Richland, Washington.
9. Modifications
Gatewood Designs reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time. Any changes to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Your continued use of our services or access to the Website after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of The Design Circle, a monthly and yearly interior design membership club ("Membership") provided by Gatewood Designs ("We" or "Us"). By accessing or using The Design Circle, you ("You" or "Member") agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement. If You do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use The Design Circle.
Membership Eligibility
1. To access and utilize The Design Circle, You must be at least 18 years old.
2. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and maintain the accuracy of such information.
3. Membership is for individual use and is non-transferable. You agree not to share your login information with others or allow unauthorized access to your account.
Membership Details
